Cute looking ufu mayo
Ingredients (for 1 person)
| sweet potato | Appropriate amount |
| egg | 1 piece |
| mayonnaise | Appropriate amount |
| black pepper | Appropriate amount |
How to make it

1. Use a noodle peeler to slice the sweet potato into 4-5cm pieces.
2. Quickly fry the sweet potatoes at a low temperature of around 160℃. If they are crispy, they are ready.
Once fried, place on a wire rack and drain well to remove excess oil.
3. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 5 minutes (until they are slightly soft-boiled).
4. Arrange the fried sweet potatoes on a plate to resemble a bird's nest, and make a depression in the center.
5. Peel the eggs and place them in the center of the bird's nest. Pour mayonnaise over them and sprinkle with coarsely crushed black pepper. Garnish with rosemary leaves for a cute garnish.
*Homemade mayonnaise tastes better.
