How to make it

1. Slice a long daikon radish with a noodle peeler to form a pasta-like shape.
②Add olive oil and bite-sized pieces of bacon to a frying pan and sauté over low heat.
3. Once the bacon is crispy, add the chopped garlic and let the aroma transfer to the oil.
④ Add the onion cut into wedges and fry over medium heat until softened.
⑤ Add ketchup and simmer over low heat until the water has evaporated.
⑥ Add thinly sliced green peppers and radish noodles and cook. Be careful not to overcook the radish as it will lose its texture.
Add more ketchup if necessary.
7. Place in a serving dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and coarsely crushed black pepper, and you're done.
Tips for making Napolitan with radish noodles
When you combine a high-salt sauce with raw radish, the radish will release a lot of water, diluting the sauce.
You might want to make the sauce a little more flavorful.
Please adjust it to your liking.
