Ingredients (for 2 people)
| cake flour | 250g |
| baking powder | 12g (1 tablespoon) |
| cane sugar | 15g |
| salt | 2.5g |
| yogurt | 200g |
| Shredded cabbage | 100g |
| oatmeal | Appropriate amount |
How to make it
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Grate the cabbage using a super light peeler , transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with a little salt (not included in the recipe), and fry in a frying pan until the water evaporates, without burning.
③ Put the flour, baking powder, brown sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well with a spatula.
④ Add the yogurt and cabbage and mix without kneading.
5. Place a baking sheet on top of the baking tray, place the seeds from 4 on top and shape them into a ball.
⑥Sprinkle a moderate amount of oatmeal on top.
⑦Bake for about 30 minutes, and when cooked through, it's done.
*You can also mix nuts and dried fruits and bake them, or mix in other vegetables.
