Ingredients (for 1 person)

Shishamo Appropriate amount
salt 3% for cucumbers
Kochukar Appropriate amount
Sesame oil 2 turns

How to make it

1. Cut off the stem of the cucumber and use a potato peeler to peel the skin in a zebra-like pattern.

② Use a rolling pin or similar tool to hit the cucumber to loosen it.

③Cut into 3cm slices, transfer to a bowl, add salt and leave for a few hours.

4. The cucumber will release water, so discard it and mix with gochugaru and sesame oil to finish.
