Adding a little extra effort to grilled Shishamo

How to make it
1. Use Pakhug fish tongs to pre-grill the Shishamo.
②Place the shishami in a shallow pot or frying pan and add equal amounts of sake, soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar.
*You can reduce the amount of brown sugar depending on your preference.
3. Boil over medium heat while shaking the frying pan, and when it thickens, turn off the heat.
④ Add the sesame seeds while crushing them with your fingers and it's done.
Key points for sweet and spicy simmered Shishamo
It's easier if you boil the sauce made with sake, soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar in advance and make a large amount.
Boil down the amount you use until it thickens.
