Shredded carrot stir-fry

Ingredients (for 5 people)

Carrots 2.5 pieces (approx. 350g)
Sesame oil

2.5 tablespoons

Alcohol

2.5 tablespoons
Mentsuyu (3x concentrated) 2.5 tablespoons

How to make it

1. Cut the carrots into thin strips using the Ninjin Sanmai knife .

② Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat, then add ① and stir-fry.

③ Add sake and noodle soup stock to ② and stir-fry until the liquid has evaporated.

 

Key points of shirishiri carrot kinpira

You can also add chili peppers, dark soy sauce, and sugar to your taste to make it sweet or spicy.

Be careful not to boil it too much as the carrots will fall apart.
