Ingredients (for 2 people)

| garlic | 1 piece |
| ginger | 1 piece |
| red chili peppers (without seeds) | 1 bottle |
| olive oil | 2 teaspoons |
| Mixed ground meat | 150g |
| Sake (or white wine) | 2 tablespoons |
| Rice | For 2 people |

| curry powder | 1.5 tablespoons |
| tomato ketchup | 2 teaspoons |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 teaspoons |
| soy sauce | 1 teaspoon |
| salt | 1/3 teaspoon |
| pepper | Appropriate amount |
| dried parsley | Appropriate amount |
How to make it
1. Cut the carrots and onions into thick slices . Dice the tomatoes.
② Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
③ Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add ② and the red chili pepper and fry over medium heat. When fragrant, add the carrots and onions from ① and continue frying.
Once softened, add the ground meat and fry until the meat is broken down.
④ Add the tomatoes and sake from ① and simmer for about 3 minutes, then mix in [A] and add and simmer for about 2 minutes. Serve in a bowl with rice and sprinkle with dried parsley to taste.
Key points of Keema curry
If you think the flavor is too bland, try reducing the sauce.
If there is too much water, the flavor will be dull.
If the flavor is still weak after boiling, adjust the taste with salt.
