Ingredients (for 4 people)
| Carrots | 1 bottle |
| banana |
1 bottle |
| apple | 1/2 piece |
| marmalade | 3 tablespoons |
| lemon peel | 1 piece |
| [A] | |
| Oats | 1/2 cup |
| raisins | 1/4 cup |
| Walnuts (unflavored) | 1/4 cup |
| roasted sesame | 2 tablespoons |
| cinnamon powder | 1 teaspoon |
| nutmeg powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
How to make it
1. Place the carrots, which have been cut into thick strips with the skin still on, and the marmalade in a large bowl and rub together with your hands to mix the flavors together.
② Add the banana while mashing it with your hands, then add the apple that has been julienned with the skin on, the grated lemon peel, and [A], and mix well.
3. Place in the refrigerator for about an hour until the carrots have softened and the oats have absorbed the moisture from the ingredients and become plump.
④ Shape the dough from step ③ into long, thin sticks and arrange them on an oven tray lined with parchment paper (if you are making large bars, divide the dough into 8 equal parts, if you are making bite-sized pieces, divide into 16 equal parts).
⑤Bake in a 180 degree oven for 30 minutes, and once cooled it's ready.
<Additional Information>
・It's also delicious chilled in the refrigerator!
・You can also add your favorite nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips to create your own unique flavor.
If you want to make it gluten-free, it's best to use oats that are clearly labeled "gluten-free."
Highlights of the Carrot Sanmai Cereal Bar

・You don't need a knife because you use the carrot and apple skins with the skin on. Also, the only dishes you need to wash are the "Ninjin Zanmai" and the bowl, so it's super easy!
・Make full use of the three functions of "Ninjin Sanmai" (thick/thin julienne, grating)
・Use a whole carrot!
・To make it easier to eat for people who don't like carrots, we cover it with marmalade to season it. It's easy for anyone to eat.
・We use readily available walnuts and add roasted sesame seeds to enhance the aroma.
-It is gluten-free because it does not contain any flour.
-You can also make it sugar-free by choosing marmalade that does not contain sugar.
