cabbage Appropriate amount
salt Appropriate amount
Salted kelp Appropriate amount

How to make it

1. Slice the cabbage using a Super Light cabbage peeler, sprinkle lightly with salt and rub in the cabbage. Leave for about 30 minutes, then squeeze to remove as much water as possible.

Tips for Cabbage with Salted Kelp

If you squeeze the cabbage thoroughly to remove all the water, it will not become watery and will be less likely to spoil.

It's delicious if you add boiled turnips, which will absorb the flavor easily.
