Korean-style cabbage
Ingredients (for 1 person)

| salt | Appropriate amount |
| grated garlic | Appropriate amount |
| Korean seaweed | Appropriate amount |
| Sesame oil | Appropriate amount |
How to make it
1. Slice the cabbage using a Super Light cabbage peeler , sprinkle lightly with salt and rub in the cabbage. Leave for about 30 minutes, then squeeze to remove as much water as possible.
② In a large bowl, add the cabbage from ①, 1/4 of the grated garlic, shredded Korean seaweed, and sesame oil, pouring it over the entire dish twice and mixing well.
③Finally, season with salt and it's done.
Tips for Korean cabbage with seaweed
If you squeeze the cabbage thoroughly to remove all the water, it will not become watery and will be less likely to spoil.
It's delicious when you add bean sprouts, beans, or boiled root vegetables.
