Cabbage with sesame dressing

Sesame dressing

Ingredients (for 1 person)

cabbage Appropriate amount
salt Appropriate amount
sesame paste 60g
Light soy sauce 20g
cane sugar 36g

How to make it

1. Slice the cabbage using a Super Light cabbage peeler , sprinkle lightly with salt and rub in the cabbage. Leave for about 30 minutes, then squeeze to remove as much water as possible.

② Put the sesame paste, brown sugar, and light soy sauce into a small bowl and mix well until the brown sugar dissolves.

③Put ① and ② in a large bowl, mix well and season with salt.

④To finish, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, crushing them with your fingers.

Tips for sesame cabbage

If you squeeze the cabbage thoroughly to remove all the water, it will not become watery and will be less likely to spoil.

It's also delicious if you add boiled spinach or komatsuna.
