Ingredients (for 1 person)
| Carrot or cucumber | 20g |
| 10x rice porridge or silken tofu | 30g |
How to make it


1. Peel the skin off the vegetables using a root vegetable frill salad shavings .
② Grate the vegetables using a daikon radish grater .
③ Make 10x rice porridge, add grated vegetables, and bring to a boil.
④Once the porridge has cooled down enough, transfer it to a plate and it's done!
*If you are substituting silken tofu for the 10x rice porridge, first grind it in a mortar and heat it in a small pot. Once the heat has subsided, mix it with the rice porridge and it's done.
*Use within one week and be sure to heat before feeding.
