Ingredients (for 1 person)
| Carrots | 25g |
| Onion | 25g |
| Seasonal beans (green peas, broad beans, etc.) | 25g |
| potatoes | 25g |
| Whitebait | 50g |

How to make it

1. Peel the carrots and potatoes using a shaving knife and chop them into 5mm cubes.
② Boil the seasonal beans until soft and chop them into 5mm pieces.
③Chop the onion into 5mm cubes.
④ Lightly rinse the shirasu with water to remove salt and roughly chop.
5. Put the carrots, onions, potatoes, and water in a small pot until they are just covered, and simmer over low heat.
⑥When the water is almost gone, add the shirasu and seasonal beans and when everything is soft, it's done.
*Use within one week and be sure to heat before feeding.
