Thin cooking scoop basket

The weave has no gaps between the weaves, preventing bacteria from getting in. This is a hygienic and durable cookware that leaves no residue behind when washed.

The wire basket type "cooking scoop basket" series can be scrubbed with a scrubbing brush without worrying about foreign objects getting mixed in.

Conventional woven baskets are simply made by weaving thin iron wires alternately vertically and horizontally, so the contact points move and gaps form, which can easily trap food and cause it to remain unwashed.Their structure makes them prone to deformation and damage, making them difficult to clean.

Nonoji's cooking scoop basket has all wire contacts in the basket spot welded.
The woven parts are less likely to shift, deform, or break, and because there are no gaps, dirt can be easily removed from every corner using a sponge or other tool.

Even if there is stubborn dirt, you can safely scrub it off with a scrubbing brush.

The edges around the basket are also fully welded. The simple structure makes cleaning easy. Made of 18-8 stainless steel, it is dishwasher safe and can be sterilized at high temperatures.

The handle is a flat oval with a satin finish for anti-slip properties. The hollow center ensures both strength and lightness.
The entire handle is sealed, so food and other items cannot get inside, simplifying cleaning unlike cylindrical containers.

Three different sizes of "eyes" are available depending on the ingredients and purpose.
"Fine": 3mm mesh, suitable for vermicelli, somen, etc. *This product "Medium": 7mm mesh, suitable for udon, corn, etc. "Coarse": 11mm mesh, suitable for vegetables, fried chicken, etc.

There are two lengths of handle.
L: Handle length 1m, suitable for deep pots.
M: 60cm, easy to handle.

Prevents the possibility of foreign matter contamination.
Reduces the effort and time required to clean up.
