Large Cooking Turner

Easily mix and loosen large amounts of ingredients without breaking them down. Large size for large pots with a capacity of 180 liters or more.

The "Cooking Big Turner" series is a stirring tool for large cauldrons that is useful in large-scale cooking.

Unlike flat spatulas, the tip is made of multiple curved 18-8 stainless steel wires, which means that there is less contact with the ingredients, making it less sticky and allowing you to easily mix and loosen large amounts of ingredients with little resistance.
The wire cross section is rounded, making it gentle on both ingredients and the pot.

The fully integrated structure, with no welds or seams, is completely sealed, eliminating the risk of foreign matter getting in. There is also no risk of burrs or melting due to deterioration.

It is heat resistant and can be used for long-term cooking at high temperatures, such as with roux and white sauce. It is dishwasher safe and can be sterilized at high temperatures.

The handle is a flat oval shape that is easy to grip and has an anti-slip coating so you can hold it firmly while working.
The center is hollow, making it both strong and lightweight.
The entire handle is sealed, so food and other items cannot get inside, eliminating the need to clean the inside.

Three sizes are available to accommodate different pot sizes and uses.
Large: For kettles with a capacity of 180L or more. *This product <br>Medium: For kettles with a capacity of around 150L and standard rotary kettles.
Small: Less than 140L capacity kettle, for detailed work and quick loosening.

There are two lengths of handle.

It makes the hard daily work of mixing and loosening overwhelmingly more efficient.

*Note: The 18-8 stainless steel used by Nonoji is a tough, flexible metal with high spring strength.
However, if you repeatedly perform operations such as bending and unbending that place a large load on one part, it cannot be said that there is absolutely no possibility of metal fatigue occurring.
