(Head office: Yokohama City / Representative Director: Takabe Yumezo) will release the "Nonoji Cooking Scoop Basket (Medium/S) Lightweight," a short, round scooping basket that allows for easy one-handed scooping, as commercial kitchen equipment for school lunches and large kitchens, on Monday, March 3, 2025. Like the "Nonoji Cooking Scoop Basket (Coarse/S) Lightweight" from the same series, which was released in December 2024, this basket helps improve the efficiency of scooping, which is considered one of the hardest tasks.
