Easy, authentic tomato soup with a rich tomato aroma
Ingredients (for 4 people) (150cc per serving)

| Consomme (solid) | 2 pieces |
| water | 600ml |

How to make it
1. Grate the tomatoes using a "Fuwatoro Oroshi" or "Baby Food Shiri Shiri".
② Thinly slice the onion and cut the bacon into 1cm pieces.
③ Boil water in a pot and add the consommé.
④ Add ① to ③, bring to a boil, and strain through a colander.
⑤ Add ② to ④ and simmer for about 10 minutes.
⑥ Transfer ⑤ to a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley to taste.
※You can skip the step of straining through a colander (step ④) and still enjoy the delicious dish.
