Ingredients (for 1 person)

Spring cabbage 10g
Bonito first soup stock 50g
Koya tofu 5g

How to make it

1. Tear off the leaves of the spring cabbage except for the core and boil until soft.

Once cooked, chop into fine pieces 5mm wide.

②Make bonito stock.

3. Grate the konnyaku tofu with daikon radish paste into a small pot, add the bonito stock and boiled spring cabbage, and simmer for about 1 minute.

*Use within one week and be sure to heat before feeding.
