How to make it
1. Use a sieve and mince to scrape off the white part of the green onion and cut it into 4-5cm lengths.
Soak in ice water until crisp, then drain well.
②Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and place in a serving dish.
3. Put sesame oil in a small saucepan and heat until smoking.
④ Drizzle soy sauce over the tofu, top with the shredded green onions from ①, and drizzle with sesame oil from ③ to finish.
