How to make it

1. Rub the carrots in the carrot sauce in a bowl , sprinkle a little salt on top, and mix. Add the raisins, mix quickly, and leave for 20 to 60 minutes or more. The moisture from the carrots will plump the raisins.
② Peel the orange and cut into bite-sized pieces.
③ Squeeze ① without squeezing too much, drain the water and transfer to another bowl.
④Add olive oil, vinegar, honey and salt to taste.
⑤ Lightly toss in the cut orange and it's done.
