How to make it
1. Peel the daikon radish and carrot and cut both into thin strips.
② Sprinkle salt on the daikon and carrots and leave for a while.
③ Mix the vinegar and sugar.
④ Drain the water from ② and mix with the seasonings from ③.
5. Finish by topping with thinly sliced yuzu peel, if desired.
