How to make it

1. Grate the carrots and onions with the carrot sauce.

② Heat butter in a pan and fry the onion and carrot for 3 to 4 minutes.

③ After frying, add 2 cups of water and a consommé cube to ② and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.

④ Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
