How to make it
1. Root Vegetable Frill Salad: Slice each vegetable with a shaving knife .
② Wash the burdock root thoroughly, leaving the skin intact. Shave the burdock root and place it in a bowl of water to remove the bitterness.
3) Slice the carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and lotus root with the skin on. Slice the lotus root so that the holes are visible.
④ Deep fry the vegetables in oil at a low temperature of about 150℃.
Once fried, drain the oil well, sprinkle with salt and serve in a serving dish.
*It looks nice if you add fried carrot leaves or other vegetables as a garnish.
