How to make it
1. Drain the yogurt using a colander and kitchen paper (for at least 60 minutes).
② Transfer the drained yogurt to a small bowl and add brown sugar to sweeten it.
③ Peel the carrots and grate them with a soft grater .
④ Put the mixed flour, carrots, milk and eggs in a bowl and mix.
5. Heat the frying pan over medium heat, then place it on a damp cloth to cool.
⑥ Turn the heat to low and pour in the liquid. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip it over and cook the other side.
7. Bake for the same amount of time and it's ready as long as it's cooked through.
