Make hamburgers healthy
Ingredients (for 4 people)
| Ground beef and pork | 200g |
| Onion | 150g |
| Salted cabbage | 200g |
| egg | 1 piece |
| salt | Appropriate amount |
| nutmeg | 1g |
| black pepper | 0.5g |
How to make it
1) Finely chop the onion and fry until browned.
2. Grate the cabbage using a Super Light cabbage peeler , sprinkle lightly with salt and fry in a frying pan until all the water has evaporated.
3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and measure the weight, then add 0.8% salt, nutmeg, and black pepper and mix well until sticky.
④ Divide the meat into pieces of your desired size and shape them.
5. Add oil to a frying pan and heat over low heat, then fry the hamburger steak until browned on both sides.
⑥Even after cooking, the inside will still be raw, so once both sides are browned, turn off the heat and cover.
The residual heat will cook the food, so leave it for 4-5 minutes while you sauté the garnish vegetables, then arrange on a plate and it's done.
