How to make it

1. Chop the tomatoes into 8mm cubes and the onions into 5mm cubes.
② Chop the whole tomatoes and jalapenos into small pieces.
3. Add the tomatoes, onions, whole tomatoes, jalapenos, and coriander to a bowl and mix.
④ Add salt and lime juice little by little, adjusting the seasoning until it is to your liking.
*If you make a large amount, use a NAKED Punching Spoon Petty to serve portions.
Salsa Mexicana Tips
* Finely chop the tomatoes and onions using a well-sharpened knife.
If you chop it with a dull knife while crushing the fibers, it will release water and become a soggy sauce with an unpleasant texture.
*Served on tortilla chips.
