Kuu-chan is a teddy bear character that appears in Nonoji's original picture book, "Nono-chan and the Magic Spoon." The main character, Nono-chan, and her teddy bear, Kuu-chan, are always together. Kuu-chan listens to Nono-chan's stories and helps her eat well.

Designed to help you naturally learn how to hold and use chopsticks

Chopsticks are something children will use for the rest of their lives, so we want children to have fun learning how to hold them correctly. "Nonoji First Chopsticks" were born from that desire. The gentle design allows for freedom of movement and doesn't restrict fingers, yet it's hard to develop bad habits, so children will naturally learn to use chopsticks in the correct position. The secret lies in the two couplers (assistive parts). The couplers have a spring-like design that allows the tips to open naturally, supporting children's first experience using chopsticks.

Taking small steps as your child improves will help build their confidence.

Kuu-chan can be removed from Kapla, so once your child has outgrown Kapla, you can attach just Kuu-chan to the chopsticks.

Because it's something your child will use every day, we've paid particular attention to the materials used.

- Made with durable and safe SPS resin...It has excellent heat resistance and is resistant to acids, alkalis, and oils, making it safe from a food hygiene perspective.

- Suitable for children of either dominant hand: The chopsticks are the same shape as those for adults, so they can be used immediately by either dominant hand.

- Dishwasher safe...Heat resistant up to 110°C, it is dishwasher safe and can also be sterilized by boiling.
