Optimized head axial balance design for improved control performance
The optimized head shaft balance design makes the new "arched thin fine serrated blade" more effective, faithfully tracing the curvature of ingredients and enabling it to "peel smoothly along the underside of the tomato skin without penetrating too deeply into the flesh."
