Susie & Mijin

Slicing, like a hidden knife, is essential for preparing ingredients so that the flavor can penetrate them. Mincing is also a cutting method that is frequently used in the cooking process.
However, working with either of these techniques with a knife is time-consuming and it is very difficult to process them evenly.
To solve this problem, we developed a peeler that can remove veins and chop finely.
The sharp "convex blade" has been specially etched, with a gap of approximately 2.5 mm, allowing you to finely chop ingredients. By using both blades, it is a versatile tool that can be used for not only chopping and mincing, but also julienne, thinly slicing, and peeling.
The protruding blade allows you to shave vegetables both vertically and horizontally, and even wide vegetables such as radishes can be shaved from the edge without waste.

Equipped with two types of blades, a convex blade and a serrated blade, these two blades allow for fine chopping
Convex blade
Serrated blade
The sharp convex blade with special etching processing allows for smooth cutting of grains.
To chop, simply cross the strips, turn the product over, and slice with the serrated blade.
By equipping both sides with different blades, a convex blade and a serrated blade, it is now easy to perform tasks such as slicing and chopping evenly, which were previously difficult to do with a knife.

The patented "blade structure" allows you to shave wide vegetables such as radishes.
The convex blade has a protruding blade structure. The cutting part protrudes forward from the left and right support parts, allowing you to slice through wide ingredients from any angle.
It can also be used to shave wide vegetables such as radishes. If the food is hard, you can apply more pressure by placing your index finger on the neck of the blade, allowing you to shave more steadily.

You can hold it however you like, by putting your finger on the ring or placing your index finger on the neck part!
When using it by placing your fingers on the ring, instead of the three steps of conventional peelers (gripping force → pressing force on the food → pulling force), you only need to apply force in two steps: pressing force on the food → pulling force.
In addition, the T-shaped design and unique wavy neck provide increased cushioning, allowing the blade to smoothly cut into food without the need for extra force.

A versatile cooking item that can be used in multiple ways

1. Slicing: Simply place the convex blade on the food and slowly pull it. Holding the food with a fork makes it easier to shave.
② Mincing: Place the "convex blade" diagonally against the food and slowly pull it towards you in a crosswise motion. Place the "serrated blade" on top of the food and slowly pull it towards you to finish mincing.
③ Shredding: Place the "convex blade" on the food and slowly pull it to create the vein, then switch to the "serrated blade" and place the blade on the vein and slowly scrape it off.
3. Slicing: Simply place the serrated blade on the food and slowly pull it towards you. You can also shred cabbage by shaving off the cut side.
