The force of the little finger at the end of the grip is easily controlled by using leverage as the fulcrum, so you can cut through even hard foods with ease.

This knife is made of rust-resistant molybdenum vanadium steel (※1) and stainless steel with a split weave (※2).
It uses an eggshell grip.

The natural grip without corners makes cooking for long periods of time less tiring.
