The wire used allows for a uniformly rounded cross section. The flexible wire has a damping effect that absorbs excess force, gently wiping and catching earwax inside the sensitive ear, preventing any damage to the ear skin.
Another feature is that because it uses metal wire, it does not deteriorate (splinter, etc.) like wooden or bamboo earpicks.
