Counterfeit products have not been inspected or verified by us for quality or safety.
To help customers purchase and use our products with confidence, we would like to provide information on how to identify genuine products and the key points to check before making a purchase.
How to Identify Genuine Products
1.Check the logo on both the product and the packaging
Genuine products display either the “ののじ” or “NONOJI” logo on the packaging and on the product itself.
Please note: Older packaging may not display the English “NONOJI” logo. However, if the “ののじ” logo is shown, the product is genuine.
2.Check the product images on the sales page
We have recently identified cases in which sellers conceal or remove the “ののじ” or “NONOJI” logo from product images on sales pages and then sell counterfeit products.
Even if the product you receive displays the logo, please exercise caution if the logo was not visible on the sales page at the time of purchase, as the listing may involve counterfeit products.
3.Beware of boxed Green Handle products (CBP-04G)
The genuine Green Handle model (CBP-04G) is not sold in box packaging.
All boxed Green Handle products currently identified on the market are counterfeit.
This does not apply to certain limited-edition color products, such as the Black Set.
4.Quality and safety of counterfeit products
Counterfeit products are not manufactured or quality-controlled by us.
Their quality and safety are not guaranteed, and damage, blade wear, rust, or other defects may lead to unexpected accidents or injuries.
