A while ago, I wrote an article about "fruit tea" in the hopes of finding some relief from the long, depressing days of being stuck at home, but tea needs some snacks.
Grapestone, which operates Gin no Budou and Nenrin-ya, has opened a new sweets brand called BUTTER STATE's in Seibu Ikebukuro and Daimaru Tokyo. They sell a total of 12 items, including six items in the "Super Layered" series, which are called fresh cakes, and six items in the "Standard" series. I tried three of them and will review them here.
Häagen-Dazs Japan will be releasing Häagen-Dazs Mini Cup CREAMY GELATO "Hazelnut & Milk" and "Mango & Passion Fruit" flavors nationwide for a limited time starting June 29th.
CREAMY GELATO is a gelato series based on the concept of Häagen-Dazs, which you'll want to eat in the summer, and is said to be characterized by its ``rich flavor of the ingredients,'' ``creamy richness,'' and ``clean aftertaste.''
I tried it right away and here's my report on how the rich, distinctive Häagen-Dazs ice cream and the Italian ice cream gelato blend together.
