I chose a right-handed spoon with a rim from their extensive lineup and tried it out. It has an easy-to-grip handle and a rim that makes it perfect for scooping up rice grains. It's made of austenitic stainless steel (18Cr-8Ni, JIS standard SUS304) containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel.
