To coincide with the shipment of lemons, JA Hiroshima Fruit Association promoted the appeal of lemon peels at the Hiroshima Central Wholesale Market using the Nonoji Magic Lemon Grater, a special tool for grating lemon peel into stripes.
The Hiroshima Lemons are free of preservatives and no wax, making them ideal for flavoring food, as a condiment, as an ingredient in salads, or as a topping for sweets!
