On Wednesday, October 28, 2020 , Noji's "Cavepi MAX" was introduced in the new product wide section of "Fujisankei Business i"!
It uses a patented stainless steel double-blade knife. It can quickly shred large amounts of cabbage at about twice the speed of conventional single-blade knives.
