"Pakhug Fish Tongs" was featured in the new product section of Nikkei MJ on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
These tongs were introduced as convenient for cooking and serving fish, as they can be gently gripped by the hand.
The gripping section is a combination of a large metal spatula and a three-layered, three-dimensional wire section. Simply insert the spatula under the food, and the upper wire section gently grasps it without damaging it. In addition to cooking grilled fish, it's also useful for portioning pizza and frying eggs.
