This time, we have "Muscle Meal! Beef and Mushroom Stir-fried with Soy Milk and Ponzu Sauce." It's a stir-fry that combines protein-rich beef thigh meat with nutritious mushrooms and komatsuna mustard greens. Adding soy milk to the ponzu sauce makes it mellow and delicious! You can also get some protein! We used "Pakuhug Pasta Tongs" to stir-fry the meat and vegetables!
