Refreshing with sweet oranges
Ingredients (for 2 people)
| purple cabbage | 150g |
| Pesticide-free sweet orange flesh |
100g |

Pesticide-free sweet orange peel |
1 or 2 servings |
| white wine vinegar | 20ml |
| cane sugar | 5g |
| olive oil | 20ml |
| salt | 1.5g |
How to make it
1. Place the cabbage in a bowl and shred it using a cabbage peeler .
② Lightly sprinkle with salt (not included in the recipe) and rub in well.
*After leaving it for about 30 minutes, water will come out, so squeeze it out and drain well.
③Pick the sweet oranges from the bunches and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
④ Use a potato peeler to remove the skin of the sweet oranges and chop them.
*The white part inside the skin is bitter, so be sure to carefully scrape it off with a knife.
⑤ Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until done.
